Job Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Human Resources Senior Administrator to join our team in Juarez at the Salvarcar Plant.
Purpose: To provide expert support in main HR functions according to Johnson & Johnson guidelines, Federal Labor Law, and Internal Work Regulation.
You will be responsible for:
Compensation and Benefits Program Development. Contribute to designing and presenting compensation, benefits, and training programs that align with business objectives.
HR Training and Communication. Provide HR-related training for leaders and employees, ensuring effective communication of business issues and opportunities to management levels.
Supervisory Responsibilities. Ensure subordinates adhere to Company guidelines on Health, Safety, and Environmental practices, and provide necessary resources.
Regulatory Compliance. Ensure personal and Company compliance with Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Additional Duties. Perform other tasks assigned as needed and lead teams to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or equivalent academic background.
4-6 years of experience in Human Resources processes, with at least 3 years in talent management agendas.
Proficient English language domain.
GMP/ISO knowledge preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and technical experience in Strategic Human Resource Management: Training Plans, Career Development, Performance Evaluation, Culture Studies, and Organizational Climate.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
