About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Talent Lead to manage the recruitment and delivery of our Early Talent programs across Latin America. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real impact in our strategies to attract and pipeline a diverse future workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Early Talent International, to manage our world-class Early Talent programs across the LATAM territories.
  2. Lead the recruitment and delivery of WBD's Early Talent programs in LATAM.
  3. Work with stakeholders to develop new Early Talent programs with a focus on talent pipelining.
  4. Develop recruitment strategies for internship and graduate programs in the region.
  5. Be the local expert on diversity programs and initiatives specific to the LATAM territories.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant partners and educational institutions across the LATAM territories to showcase WBD and our opportunities and attract the best future talent.
  7. Shortlist, screen, and assess candidate applications for entry-level roles and internships.
  8. Develop and implement assessment processes to identify and select talent.
  9. Organize attendance at careers fairs and events to promote our Early Talent schemes.
  10. Partner with relevant teams to organize learning and engagement opportunities and to provide coaching and development to interns and graduates.
Requirements
  1. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  2. Previous Early Talent/Campus Recruitment experience, either in-house or agency, with experience of managing high-volume recruitment projects.
  3. Experience working across multiple countries in the LATAM region.
  4. Proven experience of working in a matrix organization.
  5. Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  6. Organized with strong attention to detail.
  7. Able to take initiative and work proactively.
  8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
