About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual English-Spanish
  • Prior tourism experience required
  • Strong understanding of the region and local market
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and develop staff

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of management experience in tourism
  • English language proficiency
