Business Development Partner for Central America

We're looking for a Business Development Partner to join our team in Central America. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong interactions with stakeholders, developing and improving business processes, and providing insights to management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business processes, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular insights to management teams on the effectiveness of collaboration and suggest improvement opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead local and regional coordination of cross-business and global unit activities, ensuring aligned ways of working and reporting.
- Communication: Communicate with stakeholders on deployed business services, global initiatives, tools, and processes.
- Training and Support: Support the rollout and adoption of action plans and improvement projects through training, guidance, and support.
- Stakeholder Feedback: Ensure that stakeholder feedback is shared across the organization as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, customer service management, or HR, ideally in a regional role.
- Skills: Strong application knowledge in SAP, Concur, Learning Compass, and other data management systems. Holistic and global perspective, with the ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
