Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Central America and the Caribbean. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand our customer base in Central America and the Caribbean.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and presenting proposals to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
