Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at American Standard. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring healthy relations between the company, union, and employees, as well as ensuring compliance with federal labor law, collective contract, code of ethics, and other relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure healthy relations and communication between company, union, and employees
  • Ensure compliance with federal labor law, collective contract, code of ethics, and other applicable regulations
  • Manage discipline standards across all types of employees, including visitors and contractors
  • Deliver high-quality services to personnel, such as cafeteria and transportation
  • Determine work shifts according to law
  • Analyze and propose action plans for continuous improvement of HR metrics
  • Generate HR metrics, such as turnover and absenteeism
  • Responsible for management and follow-up on labor suits
  • Responsible for annual collective contract negotiation and profit share process

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, Tax Law
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • +3 years of experience managing employee relations in companies over 500 employees
  • Results-driven, responsible, customer-centric, accurate, and reliable
