Job Summary

Hella, a leading automotive supplier, seeks a Sales Specialist to monitor market situations, analyze customer requirements, and participate in pricing negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor market situations, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Analyze (global) customer requirements, define contact matrices, and integrate internal organizations.
  • Participate in pricing and annual price negotiations.
  • Escalate problems internally and externally.
  • Check customer contract documents against Hella's internal requirements.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of competitor strengths and weaknesses.
  • Software skills in Vector CANoe and basic programming skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Self-initiative, organization, and ownership.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Excel advanced skills.
  • Good attitude.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Finance, Ing. Industrial, or International Commerce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
