Responsabilidades clave

  • Análisis de datos del cliente: Recopilar y analizar retroalimentación y datos del cliente para informar estrategias de desarrollo y mejora de la experiencia.
  • Estrategia de ventas: Implementar estrategias de ventas que se centren en las necesidades del cliente, con el objetivo de impulsar la rentabilidad a través de oportunidades de venta cruzada.
  • Mapeo del viaje del cliente: Analizar todo el viaje del cliente para identificar puntos de contacto y mejorar la experiencia general.
  • Collaboración interfuncional: Trabajan estrechamente con marketing, ventas, desarrollo de productos y equipos de atención al cliente para asegurar una aproximación coherente a la gestión del cliente.
  • Métricas de rendimiento: Establecer e informar KPIs relevantes.
  • Resolución de problemas: Abordar y resolver problemas del cliente de manera oportuna para mejorar la satisfacción y retención.
