About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Rockwool Group. As a key member of our North American operations, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and strategic partners within the greenhouse industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with clients and strategic partners to nurture and build sales within the hydroponic vegetable market.
  • Identify opportunities, formulate strategic goals, and create sales action plans to achieve budgeted sales goals.
  • Manage existing accounts and maintain accurate CRM data.
  • Stay current in market knowledge and provide proactive feedback on new developments and opportunities.
  • Ensure accuracy of all orders and identify and report progress regularly.
