We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at LGC Standards. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial accounts and strategic site-level locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own all assigned commercial accounts and strategic site-level locations, representing the entire LGC Standards portfolio across all end-markets.
  • Identify and close new opportunities through prospecting and marketing-qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to best service customer needs and achieve the highest level of customer experience.
  • Use LGC's sales tools to manage prospects, existing accounts, new opportunities, and sales forecasts in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for LGC Standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, physics, biochemistry, biology, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience in selling technical products used in research laboratories, with prior successful key account management experience dealing with central procurement.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and planning abilities, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional languages an advantage.
