Highly Proactive Variable Compensation Analyst

We are seeking a highly proactive, analytical, data-driven, and business-savvy Compensation Structure Specialist to join our team at myworkdayjobs - ATS. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the variable compensation structure for our community, events, and sales teams across the region, tracking achievements.

The Role- You will design and execute variable compensation programs that align with regional objectives and business strategy.
- Develop, improve, and implement variable compensation programs for the community, events, and sales teams in alignment with regional objectives and business strategy.
- You will conduct thorough analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that drive performance and align with business goals.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (3 years) in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
- Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
