Job Description
Sales Compensation Business Consultant Role
This role serves as the primary point of contact for a Sales Vice President and their leadership team. You will support a population of 50-100 sales employees and leaders, acting as the focal point for issue resolution, inquiries, and proactive communications.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating actions to solve issues and inquiries, driving resolution of escalations for your assigned population, and ensuring accuracy of quota attainment and incentive payments.
You will also be accountable for resolving escalations and inquiries received by sales employees and managers, performing weekly performance analysis in LiveReadiness/LiveCrediting, and analyzing payment and liability metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Typically 6-10 years of experience designing and implementing process management frameworks to support sales compensation operations.
- Superior Excel skills and excellent analytical, statistics, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent business acumen and understanding of sales commission plans and practices.
- Mastery in English and local language with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts at senior management levels.
