About the Role

This is a key position responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining customer relationships, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Set sales targets and KPIs for the team.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in the cutting tool industry dealing with sales.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Package.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be based in Queretaro and will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals across various regions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
