Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our HR function, you will contribute to the development and execution of our human resources strategy and practices.

About the Role

The HR Manager will be responsible for promoting engagement and safety initiatives, creating an employee-oriented workplace, and driving a high-performance culture. You will work closely with leaders and managers to ensure the implementation of our company values, excellence, integrity, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support employees with benefit-related issues by escalating their problems through the appropriate channels.
  2. Lead the Immigration administration to ensure compliance with the law and support foreign employees and expatriates.
  3. Work with the Payroll department on payroll-related activities.
  4. Ensure the relevant HR databases and systems are working correctly and up to date.
  5. Administer benefits vendors to ensure a high-quality service is available for employees.
  6. Influence leaders and managers to embrace our company values and align behaviors/competencies to agreed frameworks.
  7. Propose and implement activities to drive 'Culture to win' and Diversity & Inclusion efforts.
  8. Take an active role in promoting a working environment that drives engagement, attracts, and retains a talented workforce.
  9. Provide active support and encouragement to promote employee relation resolutions.
  10. Integrate the HR functions and Centers of Excellence to provide a consistent service and assistance to employees.
  11. Implement and execute human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.
  12. Engage with employees and managers to improve work relationships, increase employee engagement and satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
  13. Design and implement a calendar of events to increase employee engagement.
  14. Ensure employee communications are impactful and fit for purpose.
  15. Actively drive Engagement Surveys and ensure employee voice remains a high priority for leaders.
  16. Work with leaders to ensure SMART goals are set throughout the business and delivered aligned to function overall performance goals.
  17. Ensure a continual high-performance working culture is embedded and employee performance is consistently prioritized.
  18. Support the Talent Management team in all Talent Development strategies and processes.
  19. Actively participate in Talent discussions to ensure High Potential and Low Performers are correctly identified and have robust development plans in place.
  20. Challenge and support leaders in the implementation and follow-up of Performance Improvement Plans.
  21. Ensure a steady pipeline of Interns across business functions.
  22. Ensure a strong onboarding process is followed for all new hires in scope.
