Key Responsibilities:
- Handling warranty topics as a second-level support for Medium Voltage switchgears and Vacuum Circuit breakers
- Defining site activities, including remote support, dispatching of technicians to customer sites, on-site product training, and delivery of spare parts
- Escalating critical topics to the Quality Management and reporting cases to the Global GCC Head
- Reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Global GCC Management
- Implementing the QM&GCC strategy at your location for the aftersales market
- Working on continuous improvement measures with the Operation and R&D Team
- Ensuring that all GCC employees are trained on Healthy and Safety procedures, with a focus on on-site services
Requirements:
- Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of site experience, preferably with leadership experience and 2-3 years of service experience
- Knowledge of Installation, Maintenance, or repair for medium voltage switchgears and Circuit Breakers
- English language proficiency on a professional level, as well as local language
