You will be responsible for the execution of institutional Sephora campaigns, brand new launches, seasonal product updates, and retail redesigns in all Open Door Retail locations in Mexico according to the local and global marketing strategy.

Collaborate with us to seamlessly integrate our brand DNA across all retail locations, ensuring a consistent expression that upholds our elevated standards of the Sephora brand shopping experience at every touchpoint.

  • Develop and execute store programs to guarantee visual merchandising activities and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain project-related materials, documents, and sales records.
  • Assist with new store installations and renovations.
  • Drive the process for all retail locations, new doors, retrofits, and updates.
  • Support with local store maintenance requests.
  • Monitor and analyze key drivers and follow-up on sales results.
  • Produce visual merchandising communication materials and Sephora execution guidelines for internal and external reviews.
  • Partner with external vendors on graphic and fixture updates to ensure proper execution.
  • Review and approve fixture drawings, costs, prototypes, graphic strips, and retailer proofs.
  • Budget tracking and project management skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising (preferably in beauty).
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, fashion merchandising, graphic design, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, IWD, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to proactively identify potential issues or delays and take appropriate action to address them in a timely manner.
  • An ability to independently push projects forward and deliver updates on time.
