This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global Delivery Centre (GDC) team and contribute to the growth and innovation of our company. As a Strategic Leader, Customer Experience Solutions, you'll oversee between 15-20 direct reports and balance leadership responsibilities with delivering solution work on projects at a 25% utilization rate.
