About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. as a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute best-in-class campaign opportunities and assets for our partners.
  • Work closely with partners across Mexico and Latin America to understand their customers, business operations, goals, and marketing approaches.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of partner launches and subsequent growth marketing efforts to drive business results.
  • Develop and implement partner campaigns with a focus on creative excellence and brand awareness.
  • Analyze data to understand insights and learnings, and use this information to drive strategy and lead performance for partners in your region.
  • Manage the ideation, execution, and analysis/reporting on campaigns, including work-back-schedules, stakeholder approvals, asset/content setup, and launch.
  • Develop efficient and scalable mechanisms to ensure operational efficiency and acquisition impact.
  • Create ongoing marketing programs and propositions for key partners to market our services and drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Continuously optimize partnerships from launch through to ongoing sustaining efforts to maximize offer discoverability, frequency in comms, and Share of Voice.
  • Lead integrated go-to-market plans with multiple partners in different business verticals and across relevant internal teams.
  • Build ongoing communication channels with and through partners.
  • Partner with Business Development leads on the sell-in of new partnerships with pitches, proposals, and B2B communications.
  • Experiment with new ways to drive partnership success.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Experience communicating results to stakeholders.
  • Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation.
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Experience executing scaled marketing campaigns through email or social media.
  • Ability to analyze and dive deep on end-to-end CX flows to improve customer experience.
  • Strong bias for action, and ability to work independently toward stated goals with minimal oversight.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA.
  • Relevant work experience in integrated partner marketing within the mobile/telecom industry, subscriptions, and/or entertainment, financial institutions, and sponsorships.
  • Experience working in Mexico and other countries in LatAm.
