Job Description

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital campaigns that drive business growth and generate demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Digital Campaigns: Build and manage digital media campaigns end-to-end across different media platforms, including audience sizing, budget forecasting, and optimizing to meet KPIs.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to build and execute media plans for high-impact projects.
  3. Optimize Campaign Performance: Analyze campaign performance regularly and share insights, takeaways, and recommendations to drive growth for the business.
  4. Work with Design Agency: Work with our design agency to deliver best-in-class ads and landing pages.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 Years Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in data-driven digital marketing and/or performance marketing (experience in a B2B SaaS company is preferred).
  2. Hands-on Expertise: Hands-on expertise in building and managing paid campaigns across paid search, paid listings, paid social, content syndication, and/or programmatic display media channels.
  3. Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, focusing on using data and performance metrics to drive decisions.
  4. Strong Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and, more importantly, translate data trends into actions.
  5. Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills including effectively balancing multiple priorities and quickly adapting to change.
  6. Account-Based Marketing Experience: Experience leveraging Account-Based Marketing platforms to build paid campaigns designed to reach in-market accounts with relevant messaging and content.
  7. A/B Testing Experience: Proven track record of designing and conducting A/B or multivariable testing and applying learnings to improve campaign effectiveness.
  8. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  9. Technical Skills: Experience with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.

Work Environment:

In this role, you'll work primarily remotely with the support of a dynamic and caring team. We'll provide you with the digital tools and experiences to be together–even when we're apart. Being digital first doesn't mean we're digital only. You'll also have the flexibility to join us at a Zendesk workspace, in one of our Zendesk offices, or in our flex office spaces.

Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
