About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team at IDEMIA. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our business teams on Microsoft D365 ERP and other business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to ERP users and participate in the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of existing business applications.
- Manage incident tickets and requests, ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, delivering regular and customized training to key user teams within the business.
- Maintain and update technical documents and procedures, assisting with systems integrations and supporting ERP implementations on Microsoft D365.
- Participate in return of experience based on support provided, developing long-term and robust solutions.
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1) is a must for direct report.
- Proven experience with Microsoft D365 ERP for at least 3 years.
- Significant experience with D365 manufacturing modules, skilled on accounting, AP/AR area, fixed assets, inventory, and controlling.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end supply chain flow, covering manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and sales order management.
- Able to work on complex architecture and interfaces landscape (connection with MES, etc.).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Business process-oriented mindset.
- Listening ability and patience.
- Preferred customer service and relationship management experience.
- Ability to travel for training.
