Client Services Representative

Xe is a leading provider of currency services and products, and we're seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Services Representative to join our team in Queretaro, Mexico.
As a Client Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for qualifying inbound calls and creating sales opportunities. Your goal is to identify customer needs, provide information on our services, and drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities- Handle Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information on our services, and qualify sales opportunities.
- Qualify Leads: Understand customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Promote Xe's Services: Tailor your message to meet the specific needs of each customer and promote our products and services.
- Convert Qualified Leads into Sales: Guide customers through the sales process and ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Record customer interactions, sales opportunities, and follow-up actions in Zendesk.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team: Ensure seamless customer handoffs and support overall sales goals.
- Provide Excellent Customer Experience: Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through every engagement.
- Adhere to Standard Processes: Ensure all actions are in the customer's best interests and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service or Sales Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not required.
- Interest in Financial Services: A genuine interest in financial services and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- High Level of English Proficiency: A high level of English proficiency is required.
- Learning Mindset: A willingness to continuously improve and learn.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Numerate and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and react to individual/team performance data to optimize performance and revenue generation.
