**About the Role**

Verizon is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and ensuring high-quality performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Track center performance and ensure agreed-upon service-level agreements are met
  • Drive revenue through proven methods and share ideas and best practices to exceed revenue targets
  • Identify metrics, measure performance, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Implement and manage programs to enhance performance of vendor tech support centers
  • Analyze performance data and trends to identify new opportunities for improvement

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience in BPO operation, preferably Tech Support - ISP
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Managed vendor relationships, ideally global vendor partners
  • Technical Support background in chat or voice contact centers
  • Coached employees in a Call Center Environment
  • Analyzed data and identified insights and recommendations
