Your expertise will help our Customer Care Professionals (CCPs) deliver world-class service to our card members around the globe.
**Your Impact**
As a Specialist Support for Customer Care Professionals, you'll work closely with our CCPs to develop their skills and knowledge. You'll provide coaching and guidance to help them resolve customer issues and deliver outstanding service. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to achieve their goals and exceed customer expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance CCP skills and knowledge
• Provide coaching and guidance to CCPs to resolve customer issues and deliver outstanding service
• Collaborate with other Pod Leaders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and a commitment to excellence
• Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer experience
