Key Responsibilities- Schedule and plan the weekly Configuration Change Board
- Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders on completion of impact assessments
- Track and report progress on approved CCB items
- Tracking adherence to CCB policies and procedures and resolving any compliance issues
- Lead the tracking of escalated CCB issues by collaborating across all internal and external team members to ensure quality implementation execution and delivery
- Own the CCB process within ServiceNow and actively pursues CCB process improvements
- Owns dashboards and reporting of CCB metrics and scorecards
- Support in the administration of the Change Request governance process
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or Human Resources, MBA preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in configuration management
- Global large-scale systems implementation and project management experience, PMP certification preferred
- Experience in implementing governance processes in a large organization
- Detailed understanding of HR business processes, IT, and the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Detailed understanding of HR Systems
- Must be highly organized, with strong follow-up and results-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills, high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities
- Proficiency in project management techniques
- HRMS ERP/Cloud-based solutions experience (Employee Central, SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft or Oracle HRMS)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, anticipate and independently address issues
