Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Senior Analyst to join our team. This role will provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications, including providing quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements, and developing and maintaining technical support documentation.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have 5-8 years experience in an Application Support role, with experience in some programming languages and a willingness/ability to learn. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical and business support for users of Citi Applications
  • Driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements
  • Developing and maintaining technical support documentation
  • Assessing risk and impact of production issues and escalating to business and technology management in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that storage and archiving procedures are in place and functioning correctly
  • Partnering with development and production support areas to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements
  • Engaging in post-implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 5-8 years experience in an Application Support role
  • Experience in some programming languages and a willingness/ability to learn
  • Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization
  • Effective written and verbal communications, including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Issue tracking and reporting using tools
  • Knowledge/experience of problem Management Tools
  • Good all-round technical skills
Compensation and Benefits

This position is offered with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and career development opportunities.
