Innova Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior-Level Support Center Analyst to join their team.

Overview

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production support, including defect analysis, triage, and resolution, as well as release testing support for maintenance and enhancements, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of software products used by the Support Center and be able to propose process and method improvements.

Job Description

This Senior-Level Support Center Analyst role involves handling escalations, collaborating with the Support Manager to improve ticket data quality, working on outstanding ticket queues, and leading incident response processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting release testing and proposing support process and method improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, plus four years' related technical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least four years' experience with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office
  • Extensive experience with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office
  • Must have extensive experience installing and configuring PC's and software
  • Extensive experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Experience managing wireless telecom, including plan, device support, device selection, and MDM
  • Must have a good working knowledge of various software products used by the Support Center

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $454,000 - $534,000 per year, based on factors such as education, work experience, location, and specific job duties.
