We are currently in search of a Technical Support Specialist to become a vital part of our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general Level 1 support for hardware and Microsoft Office applications
• Deliver advanced technical assistance for proprietary applications and systems
• Respond to technical support inquiries, providing solutions and escalating issues as necessary
• Assist with support requests generated via email or reports
• Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting processes and customer interactions
• Utilize diagnostic methods to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions
Qualifications:
• Willingness to work 45 hours per week
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Interest in working during afternoon or night shifts
• Desire to work in an IT-focused environment
• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
