**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations.

About the Role:

This is an onsite position located in Mexico City, near The World Trade Center. You will work closely with our sales team to provide high-level, quality service and support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the customer request and experience from initiation to conclusion
  • Processing customer requests via computer, utilizing multiple systems and programs
  • Researching and resolving customer issues, expediting back orders, handling returns, and other special requests
  • Providing proactive communication with outside sales forces on pricing and customer concerns
  • Fostering strong relationships with internal teams, including sales, suppliers, and customers

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer relationship type role (sales, call center, etc.)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in SAP system (a plus)
