**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at GE Healthcare. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing HR support to our employees across the US and Canada.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and update employee records and tracking of required documentation via our HRIS Tool, Workday.
- Execute core HR processes and employee documentation, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes to employment status.
- Provide support for Workday reporting, audits, and security access.
- Perform data quality review on employee data in Workday, manage the list of errors, discover data gaps, and partner with HR to correct data when applicable.
- Process transactions, including Purchase Orders, invoicing for 3rd party vendors, employee one-time payments, and reimbursements.
- Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.
- Support special projects requiring a high level of detail and accuracy.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations.
- Demonstrated experience transacting in Workday.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and data quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong system and data flow knowledge, with ability to learn and adapt to new processes.
