**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing retention strategies to maximize customer value and reduce churn.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and motivate the Customer Success team to achieve revenue growth and retention targets.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive engagement and communications strategies to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer data to identify risk and growth opportunities, and provide expert insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Support teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and resolve customer issues.
  • Identify and forecast revenue growth opportunities and develop strategies to achieve targets.

**Requirements**

  • 2 years of account management experience, managing a portfolio of up to 10,000 clients.
  • 2 years of experience in retention, churn, or customer service, with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling.
  • High computer literacy and proficiency in new software.
  • Knowledge of customer success processes and SAAS experience.
  • Strong soft skills, including organization, multitasking, self-driven nature, proactive communication, and leadership qualities.
