     At Cemex, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting on mergers and acquisitions across geographies worldwide, analyzing business development opportunities, and supporting strategic planning analysis.

     In this position, you will:

  • Assist in M&A transactions and develop valuation models (DCF, multiples, etc.)
  • Assess business development opportunities in CEMEX and non-CEMEX markets and geographies
  • Analyze market conditions, competitive dynamics, and industry performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Participate in project work streams of internal consulting projects for CEMEX worldwide
  • Develop materials for top management meetings, including Board of Directors and Executive Committee

     The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience in M&A, investment banking, consulting, finance, controllership, corporate planning, business development, innovation, or equivalent areas. Advanced English language skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office are also required.
