We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Market Lead, Account Manager at International SOS in Amsterdam. This role is a key interface between the sales team and the director of sales for the region, responsible for driving business growth and development.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to accelerate business growth and success within the defined market
• Collaborate with the director of sales to establish and implement sales strategies and direction for the region
• Foster strong relationships with existing and new partners to drive business expansion
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute cross-border sales initiatives
• Develop a comprehensive market plan to identify growth opportunities, market dynamics, and competitors
• Provide sales pipeline and forecasting accuracy support to the director of sales
• Coach and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing and commercial escalations prior to director sign-off
**Requirements**
• Previous experience as an Account Manager or business development professional in a professional services environment
• Proven track record of selling in a cross-border sales environment
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English
