Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team in the protein industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the protein market, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to maximize their potential.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the customer base.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in the protein segment (meat, poultry, fish, and alternative proteins).
  • Fully bilingual (English 100%).
  • Travel: 40%.
