Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager to join our team at Sensient Colors in Monterrey, MX. This role will be based out of a home-office in the area.
In this position, you will be responsible for creating demand generation with existing and potential customers through a proactive and dedicated approach. You will focus on initiating and maintaining sales and service with existing and potential customers in the market.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Qualifying customer information and maintaining a sales pipeline
- Implementing sales strategies, pricing, preparing quotations, and communicating appropriate information to management
- Maintaining related records and customer files
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English
- Successful B2B selling experience with high productivity and measurable results
- A strategic approach to developing and winning business and savvy at selling technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience (ideally in the food industry -ingredients or retail-, chemical or pharma ingredients, etc.)
- A bachelor's degree along with excellent organization, project management, customer service, and communication skills
