Job Description:

In this role, you will be accountable for the whole boutique plan with positive results, impact, and development. You will manage the floor, diagnose opportunities, and create action plans. Your responsibilities include recruiting, developing, training, and coaching the boutique team, as well as managing store opening and closing, stock counts, and boutique documentation.

  • You will analyze business needs and propose smart solutions, register on the management board.
  • Manage special and specific events logistics, activations, and/or campaign launches.
  • Stock management, sell-thru driven mindset with a clear focus on best sellers.
  • Profit management, petty cash, and money laundering processes responsible.
  • Manage boutique assets and protect data information and security.
  • Daily briefing to align everyone within the boutique.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a proven ability to inspire, train, and manage boutique teams with positive results. Strong people and analytical thinking, passionate when it comes to execution, is a must. Detail-oriented communication skills, able to engage with our top customers, and cross-industry experience are also required.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 per year, based on the job requirements and location. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as profit sharing, bonus opportunities, and access to training and development programs.
