Business Development Manager for Traditional Trade

Edgewell Personal Care Brands, LLC is a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands. We strive to create a collaborative and diverse global team where good ideas can thrive.
Sales Goals and ObjectivesThis position reports to our Channel Sales Manager for Traditional Trade. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance of sales objectives and key accounts management in accordance with strategic guidelines of the company.
- Ensure healthy financial account management
- Apply innovative sales tactics and strategies in modern trade channel to gain competitive advantages
- Increase market share for entire category through sales tactics and promotional activities
This role serves as a link between the company and main MT customers.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have similar experience gained within a consumer goods/retail company. It would be great if you have the following experience:
- Administrative Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales
- At least 2 years of experience at Retail Stores Management
- Fluent English conversation and written communication
- Strong change management capabilities
- High self-motivations skills
- Energetic, Tenacious
- Critical Thinking
- Result-orient
This position offers a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
