Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented individual to develop a sales pipeline mix of high-value and transactional accounts, recruit and launch businesses to sell their products on www.amazon.com.mx, and manage the portfolio to grow their sales. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts, as well as internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically.
- Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize the potential of the assigned territory.
- Work closely with new merchants, educating them about Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience.
- Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems so they can become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respective territory.
- Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your territory.
We are a business development organization that drives growth for over 2 million Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts, and integrated account management. We focus on aggressive growth for our Sellers' businesses and are changing the way Mexican companies sell.
Requirements- Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
- Bachelor Degree.
- English proficiency - Advanced (spoken and written).
- Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.
