About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Delivery Technical Consultant to join our SaaS Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring the effective delivery of our SimCorp Dimension platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1-L3 support for resolving problems and issues in applications and system operations of SimCorp Dimension.
- Application configuration maintenance and enhancement, and daily operations of the applications (including monitoring and troubleshooting).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing proactive solutions to their needs.
- Collaborate with local and global teams within SimCorp to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in finance or economics.
- Minimum 10 years' experience within asset management, insurance, superannuation funds, funds management, or custodian.
- Experience in SimCorp Dimension or front-to-back office system operations.
- Broad knowledge and solid experience in financial issues - theoretical as well as practical.
- Good at working on & prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, service-minded, and motivated for problem solving.
- Comprehensive client communication and presentation skills including fluency in English (spoken and written).
