Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-oriented and seasoned SaaS Enterprise Sales Executive to bolster our sales efforts in Mexico City. As our operations in Mexico grow rapidly, we emphasize a high-performance culture that values collaboration and achievement. This role is pivotal in executing our outreach to various insurance sectors, including Fraud, Underwriting, Claims, and Subrogation, while also promoting teamwork across our internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective territory and account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, while providing regular updates on activities and forecasts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders and C-Suite executives.
- Negotiation and Closing: Oversee contract negotiations and finalize agreements, ensuring favorable terms.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our offerings across all business lines, staying informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Marketing, Partnerships, Product Development, Data Science, and Customer Success, to deliver a seamless experience for our clients.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of proven success in achieving or surpassing sales objectives consistently, ideally within a 9-12 month sales cycle.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B vertical software sales targeting Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients.
- Strong background in negotiation and deal structuring.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement abilities.
- A commitment to high-quality results and accountability.
- Demonstrated success in coordinating and motivating internal teams to close deals.
- A growth-oriented mindset.
- Preferred knowledge of the insurance and financial services sector.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
