Senior Sales Executive

As a leading provider of digital-first decisioning solutions, we're seeking a skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business clients in the bank and non-bank financial services industry.
• Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and drive revenue growth through strategic account management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Utilize advanced sales questioning and sales methodologies to engage with and manage C-level relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on financial services and technology solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to business problems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders across different cultures and languages.
