About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead the SMB Sales Team at Uber for Business Mexico. We need sales professionals with experience who are passionate about developing and leading sales organizations.

The Head of SMB Sales for Uber for Business in Mexico will be a hands-on leader, working at a global scale to grow Uber's business through the addition of new strategic customers in Mexico.

This is a hybrid role - our team collaborates in-person out of our office in Mexico City 2-3 days/week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, motivate and retain top performers and scale a high-performing sales team
  • Effectively manage and lead your team to success: hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Drive revenue generation for Uber for Business through prospecting, qualifying and closing new businesses
  • Work with sales operations to develop process and accuracy
  • Build sales playbook that will be used to scale globally and train our growing team
  • Be able to execute in short-term sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in SaaS and preferably leading sales teams)
  • Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
  • Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process
