We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to contribute to our growth in the Mexico hospitality market. The ideal candidate will be proficient in cold calling and lead generation, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry in Mexico.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct targeted calls to potential clients in the Mexico hospitality market.
  • Generate leads and identify business opportunities through strategic outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging effective communication skills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the hospitality industry or Mexico calling projects.
  • Graduation degree; higher education is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with the Mexico hospitality market is highly desirable.
