Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our ThousandEyes platform, and driving adoption and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Customer Success Managers and Technical Adoption Managers to ensure customer success and adoption of ThousandEyes products.
- Communicate objectives and ensure timely delivery of solutions to customers.
- Assist with ticket escalations, provide regular reporting on customer health and utilization, and develop long-term relationships with assigned customers.
- Coordinate, develop, and lead customer projects, launch and onboard new customers, and set them up for success with the platform.
- Become a trusted adviser for partners and operational teams via the ThousandEyes platform, forecast and track key account metrics, and help drive customer renewal.
- Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- A standout 'customer first' attitude and outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven background in lead generation and prospecting.
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience with data collection or analytical experience in software or technology, with a strong understanding of software and how businesses use software.
- Ability to work with various business units, highly organized with outstanding follow-up skills, and technically adept.
- Passion for cloud technologies and SaaS experience a plus, but not required.
- 4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience in SaaS and Cloud technologies, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in English (written and verbal).
