Customer Success Specialist

Trust People is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for guiding and educating customers to ensure they get the most out of our cloud-based customer service software.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer onboarding strategies to ensure seamless adoption of our SaaS platform
- Provide proactive assistance to customers, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain product expertise across the product line
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure they are meeting their business objectives and provide guidance on how to optimize their use of our platform
- Identify and communicate business opportunities to customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS implementation environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50%
- Fully bilingual
- Competitive base salary ($40,000 - $60,000 gross) based on experience
