Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Accounts Manager to join our team at Stryten Energy. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue in our national accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, identify, and target new business opportunities that align with our national account profile.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our national accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and programs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform our sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in major accounts selling or business development.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Strong sales management skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the transportation industry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales analytics software.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
