Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through onboarding, engagement, and training.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop and deliver high-quality training materials and webinars.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
- Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management support, or operations
- Experience using Salesforce to improve efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced startup environment
