Responsibilities
  • Determine customer issues by analyzing symptoms and identifying root causes.
  • Gather all relevant customer information to ensure accurate issue resolution.
  • Record all relevant details in the correct format, including notes and updates.
  • Contact customers as needed to gather additional information or clarify issues.
  • Maintain customer records by continually updating customer details.
