- Taking ownership of customer cases, ensuring end-to-end resolution
- Providing service to our client's global customer base in multiple languages
- Working collaboratively with the team
- Attending regular meetings with team members and managers
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptability, empathy, and a passion for helping others. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required, while knowledge of mobile and digital technology is preferred.
Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience.
