Job Description

The PC Support Administrator is a key role within our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional IT support to internal users. This includes maintaining a digital workplace environment that is operational and secure, as well as managing IT assets, network access, and hardware/software provisioning for employees, contractors, and third parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support to internal users, ensuring prompt resolution of hardware and software issues.
  • Manage company network accesses and Active Directory, adhering to security policies and best practices.
  • Oversee the IT process for new starters and leavers, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Install, adapt, and maintain workstations, network elements, and communication systems.
  • Integrate smartphones, tablets, and communication systems into our information system.
  • Support office copiers, printing systems, and meeting rooms communication solutions.
  • Collaborate with Site Managers to set up, operate, and support physical security systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve anomalies, applying preventive maintenance plans and ensuring data backup.
  • Handle security alerts, including phishing and identity threats.
  • Manage hardware and software inventory, ensuring up-to-date records and licenses.
  • Oversee IT purchasing processes, ensuring timely supply of equipment and software.
  • Participate in the deployment of our messaging and collaborative system, training users as required.
  • Assist remotely or on-site to resolve user incidents, adhering to SLAs.
  • Monitor and manage technical alerts, ensuring proper escalation.
  • Write technical and support documentation.
  • Apply and enforce security policies.
Requirements
  • Professional English language skills.
  • Expertise in Windows Professional, iOS, Android, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
  • Knowledge in Windows server, PowerShell, networking, and supplier management.
  • 'Team Player' attitude and knowledge of various IT and business functions.
  • Great interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
