**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team at Invisibles Systems as an HR Manager. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in human resources, leadership, and strategic planning.
**Key Responsibilities**
Design and implement talent development plans to enhance employee skills and performance
- Manage payrolls, benefits, and social security programs to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Develop and update job descriptions and profiles to align with the organizational structure
- Plan and coordinate motivational activities and special events to boost employee engagement
- Propose and apply disciplinary actions in accordance with labor laws and regulations, and follow up on labor issues to prevent occupational risks
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and hiring of direct and indirect personnel to meet business objectives
- Ensure compliance with employee assistance, pre-payroll, and payment processes
**Requirements**
Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources, industrial relations, psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Knowledge of current labor legislation and regulations
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel) and other HR software
**What We Offer**
Competitive salary: $10, $25,597.98 per month
- Full-time position with a regular schedule (Monday to Friday, morning shift)
